Located on the North End of the building. The facilities include the gymnasium, rubberized walking track, dance studio, and weight training/exercise area that includes traditional strength machines, cardiovascular exercise equipment, personalized fitness programs and group exercise classes.

Access to the Fitness Area is restricted to members and guests sixteen (16) years of age or older
(ID required), unless enrolled in a fitness program or class.

Gym Rules

  • Wear Appropriate Workout Attire: Athletic Apparel Only. No Jeans, Dress Shoes, Sandals, or Boots
  • No Food Or Drinks: Only Water Allowed
  • Clean Up After Yourself
  • Be Courteous And Treat All People With Respect
  • No Profanity Or Horseplay At Any Time
  • Optimize Your Time. No Loitering.

Shower and lockers are available in the gymnasium restrooms. Lockers are free, but require a personal lock.
Lockers must be cleared after use. The Salvation Army is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Track Rules

  • Walkers please walk on inside of track
  • Runners and Joggers, please run on outer portion of the track
  • Please wear proper attire while using the track, running or walking shoes only
  • No bags, gym bags or personal belongings on the track or weight room

Individuals not adhering to these policies may be asked to leave. Management reserves the right to terminate the membership of anyone who violates the policies.
